When you request a clean, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, box and cat counts, litter preference, box condition, service interest, confirmation that you reviewed pricing, the displayed price and pricing version, and email if you provide one. A referral label may also be included when you arrive through a shared link.
We use this information to respond, check route availability, quote service, and arrange your visit. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing or start a paid plan.
The website and request form are hosted by Netlify, which processes submissions and technical request information to operate the service and filter spam. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Those providers receive the connection information needed to serve their resources.
Only share the details requested. Please don't include access codes, payment information, or health information in a request.
