Three weekly visits do not replace daily box checks and scooping between visits.

No. The $99 first clean is a standalone visit. Recurring service only starts after you explicitly choose it.

How does the first-clean discount work?

Pay for your first $495 month before the first visit, and the first clean drops from $99 to $49. You pay $544 before applicable tax, saving $50. We confirm your setup, service address, start date, and payment details first. The discount applies to the standard package; a custom setup needs its own written quote.

When does monthly billing start?

We agree on three recurring service days and an arrival window based on your route. Your monthly price covers all three agreed visits each week, including longer months. We'll agree on any holiday or access changes before service begins.

Will I still need to scoop?

Yes, between visits. Litter boxes should be checked and scooped daily. We handle three visits a week, including a full box wash and litter change once a week. This is litter box cleaning, rather than cat sitting or daily pet care.

Can you use my cat's usual litter?

Tell us what your cat uses. Standard unscented clumping litter is included. Specialty litter is quoted before booking, and we won't change litter without discussing it with you.

Do I need to be home?

We'll agree on access before the visit. You can be home or arrange access you're comfortable with. Please don't put door codes or keys in the request form.

What if I have more boxes or an automatic box?

The listed prices cover up to two standard boxes and two cats. Tell us about a larger setup or an automatic box, and we'll confirm whether we can help and give you a price first.
